While burning the herb(s) we address the spiritual properties of each herb and utilize somatic tools to process any thoughts, emotions, intentions that may arise.
Catharsis Focused Somatics- This practice centers the catharsis pillar of Indigo’s somatic journeys. We give extra time and support for energy within your being that may need to be released through purifying techniques rooted in somatic tools. These tools may lead to a deeper emotional response or moments where clients are bravely led out of their window of tolerance intentionally, and then deescalated and soothed back into a rejuvenative state as we process what was uncovered. Great for building awareness, resilience, and autonomy as you process feelings rooted in general grief or fear.
